Abstract: This presentation summarizes the stories of the birth, growth and prosperity of Sino-American Professionals Association (SAPA) in the last decade. As a witness of this young organization, SAPA has crossed a few important milestones to position herself as one of the greatest professional societies in the mainstream of the pharmaceutical world. SAPA, founded in 1993, has become very influential by promoting pharmaceutical science and technology with the essential roles in fostering member's career development. In the last 10 years, SAPA gradually became a well-recognized organization with a steady growth of the numbers of members, scientific activities, SAPA branches and sponsorship. With the support from all members and the leadership of its EC and AC, SAPA is in a transition stage to become a more mutual organization internationally. In the next decade, SAPA will continue the mission to fulfill its primary purpose and offer vital benefits to the pharmaceutical scientists who constitute its membership.

With celebration of her 10th birthday, we wish SAPA more prosperous and successful in coming years.
