Sino America Pharmaceutical Professional Association (SAPA) is a non-profit organi
zation (approved by IRS with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status) and has provided many serv
ices to its members and communities. Over the years, SAPA successfully organized a
nd sponsored various conferences and social events while keeping the event registr
ation fee to the minimum. We have various programs not only benefit the SAPA memb
ers, but also benefit the communities at large. A good example is that this year
SAPA organized education seminars on SARS in conjunction with local communities.
SAPA also contributed more than $10,000 cash to the China Red Cross for fighting a
