Registration Deadlines

• Early Bird Registration Deadline:
  ⏰ 11:59 PM (EDT), September 8, 2026

• Regular Registration Deadline:
  ⏰ 11:59 PM (EDT), September 26, 2026

Be sure to register early to secure your spot and take advantage of discounted rates. Registration will close once capacity is reached.

Add-On Tickets 

• The AI Workshop is limited to 50 seats and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All add-on tickets (including the AI Workshop and Gala Dinner) must be purchased in conjunction with a main conference pass.

• Standalone tickets for the Workshop or Gala Dinner are not available.

Refund & Purchase Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

• No price adjustments will be made after purchase.

• Duplicate or multiple purchases of the same ticket may be automatically cancelled or removed by the system.

• Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction. Ensure:

  • You selected the correct ticket type(s);

  • Any valid coupon codes have been applied.
