We oversee the development and maintenance of various digital platforms, including websites, email systems, and data repositories, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data handling across all levels of the organization. Specific functions and directions:

Technical Support for Event Registration:

  • Provide technical support for event registration systems, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users with registration processes, and ensuring smooth functionality.

  • Collaborate with event organizers to understand registration requirements and customize registration systems accordingly.

  • Train event staff and volunteers on registration procedures and provide ongoing support during events.

Link Generation and Management:

  • Generate and manage links for event registrations, virtual event platforms, and other online resources as needed.

  • Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of generated links, coordinating with relevant teams to update or modify links as necessary.

  • Monitor link performance and usage to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Automation Implementation:

  • Identify opportunities for automation in event management processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks such as email notifications, data entry, and reporting.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools with existing systems and processes.

Operational Efficiency Enhancement:

  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to event management and IT support.

  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in event registration, link generation, and automation workflows.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with event organizers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals and event requirements.
