Registration Deadlines

Please encourage attendees to register early to secure their spot and take advantage of discounted rates. Registration may close earlier if capacity is reached. No late registrations will be accepted.

Add-On Tickets 

• The AI Workshop is limited to 50 seats and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All add-on tickets, including the AI Workshop and Gala Dinner, must be purchased together with a main conference registration pass. Standalone tickets for the AI Workshop or Gala Dinner are not available.

• Due to the limited capacity of the AI Workshop, no free or discounted AI Workshop tickets will be available.

• Due to the limited capacity of the Gala Dinner, attendees may RSVP to indicate their interest. Confirmed dinner attendees will be notified by email before the event. Alternatively, attendees may purchase a dinner ticket to secure your seat.

Refund & Purchase Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

• No price adjustments will be made after purchase.

• Duplicate or multiple purchases of the same ticket may be automatically cancelled or removed by the system.

• Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction. Ensure:

  • You selected the correct ticket type(s);

  • Any valid coupon codes have been applied.

 

Internal Registration Information

For internal registration and referral tracking, please make sure to provide the following information during registration:

• Referral: Enter the name of the person who provided your referral or registration code.

• SAPA Affiliation: Indicate your role at SAPA. 

This information is required to ensure proper referral tracking and verification of SAPA affiliation.

No-show Policy: Tickets are non-transferable unless an exception is expressly approved by the organizers in advance. No-shows will be tracked and recorded by the organizing team for internal attendance and registration records and may be considered for future internal registration opportunities. Attendees who are unable to attend are encouraged to notify the organizers as early as possible.

After completing your registration:

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

• If you do not receive a confirmation:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder.

  • If still missing, or if you're uncertain whether your order was successful, contact us at website@sapaweb.org before submitting a new order.
